During this workshop I will discuss why some carbohydrates help fuel your body better than others. We'll compare whole and refined grains and look at which vegetables really count as carbohydrates. We'll look at food labels and discuss how to determine the types of carbohydrates that are in the products you buy. We'll also discuss carbohydrate portions and how these effect your energy hours after you eat them.
This free nutrition workshop will give you the most up to date research showing what foods, eating habits and supplements increase your risk of cancer, and which decrease your risk. You'll learn simple tips and tricks for daily life to reduce your risk of cancer.
